  • We invite you to take part in the Honey Festival 2023, to be held on Sunday May 28th, 2023 from 9am to 4.30pm at The Countryman Small Farm Field Day at the Gidgegannup Showgrounds.  

    The closing date for Registrations will be Friday 7th May 2023

    Sites will be allocated and a plan of the event layout at Gidgegannup Showgrounds will be forwarded to you.

    If you wish to set up on Saturday the 27th please contact bees2honeywa@gmail.com so someone is available to guide you to your stall site. Alternatively all stalls must be set up by 8.45am on Sunday May 28th and vehicles cleared from public area.

    PLEASE NOTE that NO EXHIBITORS ARE TO START PACKING UP THEIR STALLS PRIOR TO 4.30PM ON MAY 28, 2023.

    SITES ARE TO BE LEFT TIDY WITH ALL RUBBISH AND WASTE REMOVED.

    Please note: Any stallholders that intend to sell cooked food AS A MEAL (not sampling only) are required to inform us what and how the food is to be served. If you are selling a product that is pre-packed, we require your local council health permit certificate.

  • STALL DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • SITES – Sites are 3m x 3m each. Two sites can be requested side by side to enable a 6m x 3m site.

    POWER – provide details of your power requirements and what it will be used for. Please provide your own extension cords, which need to be tested and tagged.

    MARQUEES – You are required to supply your own marquee, unless prior arrangement and availability of Festivals own marquees has been arranged. Please note that leg weights will be required for safety purposes.

  • POWER

    Note: All electrical items must be tested and tagged prior to coming onsite, any items that are not tagged will be turned away. This is in your best interest to assist in avoiding any operation delays prior to opening. If you do not get your equipment tested and tagged prior to coming on site you will be required to pay a fee to have it done on site which will be charged separately to Bees2Honey Inc.
    All electrical equipment (including brand new items) must be tested and tagged before you arrive at the event. All equipment must have been tested and tagged on or later than 27/05/23 in order for it to be in date for the event.

  • Thank you for your stall registration. An invoice/receipt for payment will be emailed to you in the coming days.
