Summer Dance 2025

Cancellation Policy: I understand that classes/camps with low enrollment (fewer than 3 students) are subject to cancellation at the discretion of the Director. Classes will fill on a first-come, first-serve basis and a waitlist will be created once they are full. Participants will be notified via email one week prior to the event if a class/camp has been cancelled due to low enrollment. Any tuition and registration fees paid will transfer as a credit for our Fall Season if a class is cancelled or your student is waitlisted and does not receive a spot in a summer session.Payment Policy: I understand that a $25 registration deposit is due upon completion of this registration form to hold my dancer's spot in a summer class/camp. Furthermore, the remainder of the tuition (minus the deposit) is due by the first day of class my dancer will take. A $5 late fee is due for each day taken after the first class my dancer participates in, unless a payment plan is set up with the Director. I understand that tuition is based upon the entire camp/session and does not change, regardless of absences. Registration fees and tuition payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.Media Release: I give my consent for photographs and videos of my dependent to be taken and used to document the activities of Belle Royale Dance Academy, both inside and outside of our facility. I give my permission for my dependent to be included in photography/video of this program, and for his/her image and likeness to be used in advertising, marketing, or reporting regarding the same, in electronic or print media, without expectation of recompense.Covid-19 Waiver: I voluntarily seek services provided by Belle Royale Dance Academy and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. I acknowledge that I must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while attending my class. I agree that if any individual experiences symptoms of or is exposed to Covid-19, the individual will not attend classes at BRDA.Liability Waiver: I assume full responsibility and risk of bodily injury for the student enrolled at Belle Royale Dance Academy. BRDA's goal is to provide a safe and accident-free environment; however, in the case of any injury, I release Belle Royale Dance Academy and the instructors from all liabilities, now and in the future. I will not hold Belle Royale Dance Academy liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during, or after classes. I further state that there are no health-related problems which preclude/restrict my child’s participation in this activity, and that I will pay any medical costs that may be attendant as a result of injury to me or my child.

Please note: Registration is not complete until all of the above are acknowledged and agreed to, including signatures. After consent, you may request a digital or paper copy of this waiver for your records. Your agreement to use an electronic signature with us for any documents will continue until such time as you notify us in writing that you no longer wish to use an electronic signature. There is no penalty for withdrawing your consent.

"Tropical Adventures" Dance Camp

With friends like Lilo & Stitch, Moana and Maui, and even some mermaids/pirates! Complete with dancing, tumbling, crafts, games, face painting, and a free performance on Friday! Dancers ages 4-9 years are welcome to join us August 4-8th from 10:30am-12:30pm.
