1. I confirm that under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2018, I have no objections to my (and/or my child(ren's) details being held on the Club's computer. I also agree to our name/s and contact details being included in the BSC Membership Directory, which is accessible via the password- protected Members' Area of the BSC website.

2. I /we agree to abide by the BSC Rules and Bye-Laws and Standard Operating Proceedures as may be amended from time to time (to include all supplymentary rules or instructions in respect of BSC organised events.) Copies of the Rules and SOP's are available on the BSC website or from the Office.

Please return the completed form to the Club Secretary/General Manager. Applications are considered once a month by the Management Committee, and you should submit your application by the first of the month for it to be considered in that month.
