Please note, vendor spaces will be on blacktop unless we exceed the space available. Some vendor spaces will back up to grass or mulch. Please bring your own tent weights if it is windy.
Entrance/Exit

We will do our best to accommodate all setup and breakdown requests. If possible, we will have volunteers available to help carry tents/tables/chairs. We suggest the use of wagon, dolly or hand-truck if you have one, as there is an incline from the front gate to the vendor area.

Event Schedule

Please note, the main gate will be locked beginning at 1:00pm to cue the ticket line, as the box office opens at 1:30 for the event. Music starts at 2:00pm. Last band goes on stage at 7:30pm and is expected to finish around 9:30pm.
