1. Delivery Speed Packages (Point-Point)

NOTICE: All listed base rates include up to 10 continous travel miles from the pickup orgin. Additional mileage and handling fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

Standard Same-Day Base: $35.00 (Book by 9AM)
Same-Day On-Demand Base: $55.00 (4-Hour window)
Rush 2-Hour Window Base: $75.00
Urgent/STAT Route Base: $115.00 (Direct 60-90 Mins)

2. Residential & Specialty Services

Grocery Stocking Run Base: $45.00
Home Discharge Package Base: $150.00 (Prescriptions + Equipment + Groceries + Home Readiness Check)
Home Readiness Check Flat: $65.00
Weekly Routes/Sweeps Base: $195.00 (3-Hour Minimum)

3. Automatic Surcharges

Extended Distance Mileage: +$2.50 per mile (Applied automatically to every mile exceeding your initial 10-mile base allowance.)
After Hours & Weekend Surcharge: +$35.00 flat fee (6PM-7AM & Sat/Sun)
Federal Holiday Surcharge: +$75.00 flat fee (Applies automatically to all recognized U.S. Federal Holidays.)

4. Wait-Time Policy

Urgent/STAT Delivery: 5-Minute Grace Period - Then $1.50 per minute
Rush 2-Hour Delivery: 10-Minute Grace Period - Then $1.50 per minute
Standard/Same-Day/Specialty: 15-Minute Grace Period - Then $1.00 per minute
Weekly Routes & Sweep Blocks: Unlimited Included - No extra wait fees

5. High-Volume Package Count Fees

1 to 5 Packages included at no charge inside your package base rate.
6 to 10 Packages: +$15.00 Flat Fee
11 to 20 Packages: +$30.00 Flat Fee
