Standard Drop-Off (Client Setup)
This option is perfect for casual gatherings or clients who prefer to handle their own setup. All food is delivered hot and ready to serve in disposable catering pans, unless you choose to rent our professional-grade serving equipment for an additional fee.

- Freshly prepared food delivered in disposable catering pans
- Labels for each dish
- Delivery to your chosen location (delivery fee applies)
Optional Add-Ons:
- Professional Equipment Rental: Upgrade to elegant chafing racks, serving utensils, or display stands (rental fee applies).
- Table Décor: Basic or themed décor can be provided for your buffet setup for an additional fee. A pickup day and time for rented equipment will be arranged after your event.
Client Responsibilities:
- Provide tables and serving setup
- Maintain food temperature using warmers/sternos if needed
- Dispose of all trash and packaging after the event

Our Remain On-Site service provides the perfect balance between self-serve convenience and professional oversight.
A member of our team will stay on-site to monitor and maintain the buffet area, ensuring your setup remains clean, replenished, and visually appealing throughout the event.
Includes:
- Continuous supervision of the food station for presentation and organization
- Use of select catering items that must be returned (e.g., serving utensils, chafing dishes, display stands, etc.)
- Refilling and light maintenance of buffet items
- Final cleanup of the food station before departure
Optional Add-Ons:
- Professional Equipment Rental (for upgraded displays)
- Themed or Elegant Table Décor for an enhanced presentation
- Provide a designated area for setup
Client Responsibilities:
- Communicate any timing details for food service
- Dispose of all non-catering-related trash and items after the event

Buffet Line Service (We Serve Your Guests)
We remain onsite and serve each guest directly from the buffet line, ensuring smooth and elegant service for formal events, weddings, showers, and more.
Includes:
– Setup of all food trays and serving equipment
– Professional staffing to serve guests from buffet line
– Replenishing food trays
– Cleaning and packing up the food station
📌 Hourly Rates (Dependant Upon Guest Count):
- Chef: $50+/hour
- Kitchen Assistant: $40+/Hour
- Server(s): $30–$35/hour
- Minimum staffing time: 3 hours
🔹 Final service fee will be based on:
– Length of the event
– Number of staff needed (based on guest count and flow)
