Application Requirements

Completed application form and a copy of student transcripts.

Optional: One letter of support from a teacher; one letter of support from an advisor, coach, clergy member, administrator, or community member in support of applicant’s general worthiness of scholarship aid.

Application Deadline: Friday, March 20, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

When reviewing your application, we want to get to know you as well as we can. There is a limit to what grades and test scores can tell us so we ask you to answer a series of short answer essays. Use this opportunity to introduce yourself to the Awards Committee. Be open and honest. What you tell us in your essays allows us to better understand the information you have provided in your application.

Eagle Foundation Academic Excellence Awards are awarded based on the following criteria: service to the school and community, academic performance, attendance and discipline records, and student essay. Applicants must have a weighted GPA (grade point average) of at least a 3.55. Scholarship amounts vary and range from $500.00 to $1,500.00.

Applications are due at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026 - no exceptions!

Applications will be reviewed in early April, and applicants will be notified shortly after. If selected for this award, the Eagle Foundation Academic Awards Banquet will be held on the evening of Wednesday, April 29, 2026. More details to follow.
