Trip Protection*

AcceptDecline - By declining cancellation insurance, (I/we) elect to waive the valuable Optional Trip Protection (OTP) that has been offered to (me/us). (I/we) understand that(I/we) will NOT be covered for any losses, lost baggage, trip delay, medical emergencies, etc. and/or supplier/airlines cancellation penalties of 100% of the trip that may incur from the time of my initial payment and may continue through my last date of travel. Scheduled/Published Airfares are not covered and are100% Non-refundable & non-transferable. In addition to the supplier/airline cancellation penalties/fees Eternal Passion Travel will charge a fee for: Reservation change -$75.00 per person; Re-booking-$100.00 per person-must be paid prior to change).
