I understand that the information, presentations, demonstrations, and wellness experiences offered during the event are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace professional medical, psychological, or healthcare advice.

I understand that I am responsible for my own health and wellbeing and will consult my healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I understand that participation in any event carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance and release, waive, and discharge Bhavna's Wellness Group, Saving People Inc., Golden Light Wellness Forum, event organizers, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, and their representatives from any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my participation.

Photography & Media Release

I understand that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.

By attending, I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used by Bhavna's Wellness Group and Saving People Inc. without compensation, unless I notify the event organizers in writing before the event.
