The Bali International Arbitration & Mediation Center (BIAMC) reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any workshop or course if deemed necessary, including due to limited registration, speaker availability, or other circumstances beyond BIAMC’s control. In the event of cancellation, BIAMC will refund the full course fee paid by the participant; however, no other costs, expenses, or compensation claims will be refunded or entertained.
