    Both persons input below must be responsible for the raffle process including ticket sales, collection of completed ticket stubs and unsold tickets - together these must total number of printed tickets, conduct of the game, distribution of raffle prize(s), verification and deposit of all raffle funds. NO MONIES can be withheld from sales for reimbursements or any other purposes.

  • Do you understand the Big E Athletic Booster Club Raffle Policy and agree to adhere to procedures including submitting required documentation? NOTE: ALL completed ticket stubs with purchaser information and unsold tickets are required to be handed in with all monies collected. Purchasers must be over 18 years of age.*
  • You should receive a confirmation email within 5 business days of submission indicating approval or if additional information is needed. Approval emails must be retained and should be used for correspondence related to your raffle. Once approval is obtained, further instructions will be provided and your TEAM can begin purchasing raffle prizes. A photo of all sales receipts and prizes must be submitted prior to you receiving your printed raffle tickets. Thank you!
