  • Welcome to the Pre-registration Form for the PEDAL UP: Philippine Bicycle Demo & Expo December 2025!

    UP Diliman, Sunken Garden. December 6-7, 2025.

    We have onsite entry pass and demo pass selling, so don't worry if you were not able to pre-register! The event is open for everyone!

  • The Philippine Bicycle Demo & Expo is the premier showcase for more than 450 models of Road, MTB, CX, Folding bicycles, E-bikes, and E-scooters with over 50 international and local bicycle brands for viewing and demo use by thousands of local bikers including future biker prospects. There will also be a mega sale, with multiple products on discount during the event.

    MTB / Gravel Trail, Road Trail, Kiddie Trails, Pinoy Retro Bike Show, and more will be with us this December.

  • Pre-registration Details

    We want to know what you want.

  • You will be able to purchase merchandise after pre-registering for the event.

    For purchasing merchandise only, to claim your items, you will have to pick them up at the event venue.

  • Entry Details

  • Demo Entry entrances are non-transferrable.

    Entry-only: You can enter event grounds, buy, browse, hang out, etc in the event. But you cannot demo any bikes.

    Demo Entry: You are allowed UNLIMITED test and compare access to the demo bikes as much as you want. BYOH. (BRING YOUR OWN HELMET) No helmet, no signed waiver, no ride. You are also required to bring your own government ID to demo test.

    Customers wishing to purchase merchandise only will have to go to the event grounds - registration area themselves.

  • For 18 years old and below: Upload a picture of your parent/s' HANDWRITTEN letter of consent with signature and name and government-issued ID, stating that you are allowed to demo bike in the event.

  • Demo Entry Registrants - Please read carefully.

  • The event requires riders to submit one (1) valid AND unexpired Govt-issued photo IDs (Driver's License, SSS ID, new Voter's ID, new Postal ID) in the name of the rider. These item/s will be retained by the demo staff during the ride and returned to the rider at the end of the ride.

     

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Demo bikes and accessories are to be used within the designated demo areas only and cannot be taken outside the Bike Demo perimeters.

     

    2. Ride as many of the bikes as you want, with bike experts on hand ready to answer your questions and explain the technology.

     

    3. Demo bikes and accessories are to be used for a maximum of 1 laps or a maximum of 15 mins.

     

    4. The rider is fully responsible for their actions whilst using the demo bike, clothing & accessories. Organizers do not accept responsibility for the actions of the participant nor the consequences of such actions.

     

    5. Each rider is responsible for providing their own insurance protection while using a demo bike. Any accident or injury caused by the rider’s actions will be the full responsibility of the said rider.

     

    6. Each participant will be fully responsible for any fees or costs incurred or arising from an accident either involving or caused by the rider.

     

    7. Each rider, upon signing up for the demo event, agrees that they are physically and mentally capable of riding the demo bike.

     

    8. The rider agrees to return the bike and accessories to the demo staff. Failure to return the products will result in Exhibitors recovering the full retail value of the item and legal fees from the rider.

     

    9. The rider is responsible for any negligent damage caused to the bike, components &/or accessories. The cost of any damage caused (over and above standard wear and tear) will be recovered from the rider.
