Black Arts Festival 2024 Informational Vendor Form
Please fill in the form below to register your business or organization for the Black Arts Festival Saturday July 13, 2024 from 11am to 8pm. Forms that are not completely filled out will not be accepted. Please visitblackartsfestival.org to see registered businesses. All vendor registration & fees will be due NO LATER THAN Friday May 31,2024
Terms & Conditions
All vendors will be fined for any damage to city property. No weapons or contraband allowed and a $50 Penalty fee will be enforced for noncompliance. All vendor registration & fees are due NO LATER THAN May 31, 2024 AT 5PM. Vendor fees may be paid by money order, cashier’s check, debit/credit card or non-profit organization check. All payments are non refundable after June 1, 2024.
NOTICE: BACC NON-PROFIT MEMBERS GET FREE REGISTRATION TO VEND
As a member, you can vend free at ALL BACC events, get access to team workshops, discounts and 2 free event space rentals at BACC for $250/year. Not a member? Join on our website.
Why Become A Vendor This Year:
We generated over 5000 attendees last year
The festival is an all-day event (11am to 8pm) resulting in more exposure and customers.
Not to mention you get to enjoy some of the best performers and artist experiences Kalamazoo has to offer.
Vendors:
MUST only offer informational material and/or giveways.
Must supply their own tent, table and chairs.
Tents will be place on concrete and must be anchored by stakes, sandbags or some other weighted objects.
Vendor fees include: 10 x 10 (space only).
No financial transcations are to be made for informational vendors ( if sales are made, you will be asked to leave)
No display or sale of counterfeit or bootlegged merchandise.
No MLM marketing (i.e. Avon, Mary Kay, etc)
Set up begins at 9am and must be completed by 10:30am, NO vehicles allowed on park grounds.
All transactions must end by 8pm, with break down and removal completed and off the site by 10pm.
