2025 BACC Gallery/Exhibit Application

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting and/or performing in our Gail Sydnor Gallery. We are excited to potentially have your work displayed in our gallery in 2025! Please complete the form below and if selected, we will contact you with more details on the exhibiting process.
Why Exhibit At The BACC?
1.) We are located on the main level of the Epic Center, with floor to ceiling windows, right on the Kalamazoo Mall Street ( Center of Downtown). This generates a lot of interest and traffic for us and our artist. 2.) The exhibit is displayed for the entire month. 3.) Artists are invited to the Exhibit Opening Night, which occurs every first Friday of the month. This event provides networking opportunities and the possibility of commission work. 4.) We handle the install, labeling, and promotional materials. 5.) Artists are featured on our website for the entire year. 6.) An online gallery is created for each artist (optional) that remains on our website for the entire year. You can view past galleries at blackartskalamazoo.org/exhibits 7.) Artists are encouraged to participate in our "Mind to Canvas" interview session (optional), which is uploaded to our YouTube channel, social media platforms, and local tv station 'Public Media Network' providing even more exposure to artists.

All art work on canvas must have a proper hanging hardware on the back. This includes a sturdy wire, sawtooth hanger, or ring/triangular hanger. Any canvas that does not have either of those hanging systems will not be displayed.
