    • Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor.
    • The Black Poets Fest reserves the right to approve vendors based on festival needs, available space, and alignment with the event's mission and values.
    • If selected, I will be responsible for paying any applicable vendor fees by the stated deadline to secure my space.
    • Vendors are responsible for providing their own display materials, equipment, and supplies unless otherwise communicated by The Black Poets Fest.
    • Approved vendors will receive additional event details, setup instructions, and vendor agreement prior to the festival.
    • I understand that failure to comply with festival guidelines may result in removal from the event.
