To register for the 3D Annual Conference, please follow the guide registration form. Click next to advance forward. Choose from the list of options when applicable by clicking on the arrow. To make a change, click on the arrow and choose another option from the listing. To remove or deselect an option, click on the arrow and select the empty space at the top of the listing. To clear the entire form, select the option at the bottom of the form. Once you've chosen all your selection click submit. Upon submission of the form, a confirmation message will display acknowledging the receipt of the registration form. Online payment is now available.

Please note: For those attending Annual Conference in person, in leui of your communion service offering, please consider purchasing a ticket to the banquet. Banquet ticket must be purchased through your Presiding Elder. Payment will not be accepted online.
