Acknowledgment of Annual Dues

I understand and agree to fulfill the requirement of paying $100 annual board dues, with full payment submitted no later than January 31st each year or at the start of my serving term. I further understand that this amount may change upon the request of the Executive Director. I recognize this contribution supports the sustainability and mission of BLK Girl Space.

 

After your application has been reviewed you may be asked to interview in order for us to better get to know you. Please have a list of references available upon request.
