Our free monthly group sessions are designed for Black women starting at the age of seventeen to come together in a safe and supportive space, guided by a licensed professional. Each month, we explore a different topic that matters to our community, offering a chance to share, learn, and grow together.We ask that you commit up to two hours of your time for each session.
