Securing your booking
Happy to move forward with your booking? We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is to be paid at least seven (7) days prior to your event or on the day if choosing to pay by cash.
Mock Ups
We take pride in the quality of our work and in delivering excellent service to everyone we encounter. To ensure that our time and resources are prioritised for our clients, we are unable to provide mock ups prior to receiving the booking deposit.
Once you receive your mock up, you will be free to revise and make any changes as you like until you are 100% satisfied. Revisions can be made up until one (1) week prior to your event. Revision requests made within one (1) week of your event may incur additional charges. Please note that we may not be able to accomodate all revision requests in the event of time constrictions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes, life happens and things don't go the way we plan them. That's why we have created a cancellation policy that allows for flexibility.
We allow cancellations up to four (4) weeks prior to your event date to receive a full refund of your deposit. For cancellations within four (4) weeks of your event, we will credit your deposit to be used within twelve (12) months of your cancelled date.
Should you need to reschedule your event at any time, the deposit may be transferred to your new date so long as the new date is within twelve (12) months of your original date. Only one (1) reschedule is allowed per booking.
