2026 RWBA Business Application

Thank you for your interest in participating as a business vendor in the MadTree Red, White & Blue Ash Business Expo!

MadTree Red, White & Blue Ash is the region’s largest Fourth of July celebration, featuring free national entertainment, food and beverages, family-friendly activities, and one of the biggest fireworks displays in the Tri-State area. The Business Expo provides local businesses with an opportunity to showcase their brand, share information, and connect with tens of thousands of attendees in a high-traffic festival environment.

MadTree Red, White & Blue Ash will take place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM at Summit Park in Blue Ash, Ohio.
The Business Expo operates during primary event hours. Final load-in and setup timelines will be provided to selected vendors.

Please note: This is a marketing and showcase opportunity only.
Sales/Samplings of food or beverages are not permitted within the Business Expo area.

Space is limited, and all business vendor applications will be reviewed and selected by Cumulus Media based on overall fit, logistics, and event needs. Cumulus Media will directly contact selected businesses.

Business Expo Booth Includes:
• One (1) 10 x 10 festival booth space
• One (1) 110V/20A electrical outlet
• Roaming event security
• One (1) eight-foot banquet table
• Lighting
• Two (2) chairs

Please note: Due to uniformity of the Business Expo area, mobile units and personal/private tents are not permitted.

Application Process
To be considered for the Business Expo, businesses must complete and submit the vendor application.

Application Deadline: Monday, April 13, 2026

All applications will be reviewed by Cumulus Media. Selected businesses will be contacted directly by Cumulus by the first week of June with next steps.

Please note:
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
• If selected, businesses will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance and the applicable booth fee
