Jordan Hillmick

- Joined BMCC in 2018, is the winningest coach in program history. Has helped send 11+ women's soccer players to play at the four year level. Four, All Conference First Team All Stars awarded. 2024 NWAC East division coach of the year. Hillmick's coaching certifications and licenses are as follows: International Society of Performance and Sport (ISPAS) Level 1 Certification, NSCAA Level 1 Diploma, NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 1, USC Club Administrator Certificate, Certificate in Technical Development of the Competitive Player, Futsal Mentor and Youth Coaching Certificate, National F license.

Jessica Macias

- Jessica joined the Wolves as a player in 2020. Jessica holds the record for most games played at BMCC during her career, as well as the program record for most penalty kicks made. Upon finishing her playing career, Jessica joined the coaching staff in 2023 as an assistant coach and has helped develop one of the most technical groups of players since joining.

NOTE: If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian must also sign and accept responsibility for the participant’s actions and terms of the agreement below.

I am fully aware and understand that participation in soccer, and related activities involve certain risks, and may result in unavoidable injuries. The injuries may include muscle strains and tears, broken bones, and severe injuries including, but not limited to permanent paralysis or even death. I hereby assume all risks associated with participation in the fundraising event held by Blue Mountain Community College.

I voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify The State of Oregon, The Board of Education of BMCC, their agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of actions, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in the showcase.

I certify that, with or without accommodations, I am in good health and I know of no medical reason why I am not able to participate in this event. I hereby consent to first aid, emergency medical care and if necessary, admission to an accredited hospital when necessary for executing such care, for treatment for injuries that may be sustained while participating. I understand my personal insurance will be used in this case.

I accept and will abide by BMCC’s Policies listed in the student handbook, which is available online at www.bluecc.edu. I understand that disregard for BMCC policies and applicable laws may be considered grounds for dismissal.

I agree that my photograph can be taken during, and in connection with the fundraising event held by Blue Mountain Community College. BMCC retains the rights to use photographs and videos taken of the event participants for publicity and advertising purposes.
