Please fill out the following information in order to register for the 2026 BMCC Co-Ed Indoor Soccer Tournament. Please read the instructions carefully before registering. This is an adult indoor soccer tournament. Ages 16+ ONLY. Every participant must sign a waiver before playing.

RULES

- 4v4 with a keeper. 
- 2 women on the floor at all times. If your keeper is a girl that doesn’t count for your 2 on the floor.
- Subs on the fly.
- 20 minute halves. Running clock. 2 minute halftime.
- Shin guards required, must have same color team shirts cannot be a mix of colors (unless your team color is tie dye).

-The boundaries will be the exterior of the basketball court on the outside of the blue line.

-The keeper can control the ball within the 3 point line area of the basketball floor.
-On all re-entry plays, defending players must be 5 yards from the ball.
-You can score from anywhere on the court. You can also score off free kicks or re-entry. Everything is direct. Ball must be stationary when taken.
-Hand balls will be a free kick from the spot of the foul and direct, teams do not have to wait for others to be set, they can start whenever ready. Walls must be 5 yards away.
-Gym floor safe shoes must be worn while playing. These shoes must be free of rocks and cannot scuff the floor.

Any specific rules to this tournament will be sent to the team captains closer to the start of the tournament. Where other rules are not listed we will follow standard FIFA rules.

All proceeds will be used towards the BMCC soccer facility.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Waiver of Liability


This is a binding legal document. Please read carefully.

NOTE: If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent/legal guardian must also sign and accept responsibility for the participant’s actions and terms of the agreement below.

I am fully aware and understand that participation in soccer, and related activities involve certain risks, and may result in unavoidable injuries. The injuries may include muscle strains and tears, broken bones, and severe injuries including, but not limited to permanent paralysis or even death. I hereby assume all risks associated with participation in the fundraising event held by Blue Mountain Community College.

I voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless and indemnify The State of Oregon, The Board of Education of BMCC, their agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of actions, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in the showcase.

I certify that, with or without accommodations, I am in good health and I know of no medical reason why I am not able to participate in this event. I hereby consent to first aid, emergency medical care and if necessary, admission to an accredited hospital when necessary for executing such care, for treatment for injuries that may be sustained while participating. I understand my personal insurance will be used in this case.

I accept and will abide by BMCC’s Policies listed in the student handbook, which is available online at www.bluecc.edu. I understand that disregard for BMCC policies and applicable laws may be considered grounds for dismissal.

I agree that my photograph can be taken during, and in connection with the fundraising event held by Blue Mountain Community College. BMCC retains the rights to use photographs and videos taken of the event participants for publicity and advertising purposes.


I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
