Terms
Whilst every care will be taken with your negatives, film photography and developing is not an exact science, and results can vary depending on the age and type of the film, among other factors. In the event of processing or developing failure, the liability of Blue Jean Photography is limited to a refund of the cost of developing and scanning paid by you. If the film is blank through no fault of Blue Jean Photography (i.e. no images recorded on the film), any scanning costs paid by you will be refunded, but developing charges will still apply.
If you choose to collect your negatives from Infocus Photography, they will be held for a period of one (1) month from the date you are notified that they are ready for collection. Should you not collect your negatives within that time and do not request an extension of time from Blue Jean Photography or Infocus Photography, your negatives may be disposed of.
If you choose to post your film to us or have your negatives posted back to you, Blue Jean Photography takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of your film during shipping to or from us.
Approximate turnaround time for developing is two (2) weeks; add one (1) additional week for scanning.
