Cancellation + Rescheduling:
I completely understand life happens. Please allow more than 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. In the event of a Cancellation that is within 24 hours of your scheduled service, you will be required to pay 50% of your original scheduled service. This fee will be assessed and must be paid before rescheduling your next appointment. No Call/ No Show will be required to pay 100% of service scheduled before rebooking. As a courtesy, an appointment reminder will be sent out 72 hours before scheduled service.
Adjustment Policy:
I want you to love your hair! If you are having challenges with your cut & color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Retail Refund Policy:
I understand that I may exchange any retail product within 14 days of purchase. All purchases & exchanges go through Bash Hair Studio directly. My stylist will suggest an alternative product to meet my needs and the value of the product I am returning will be applied towards the new product. I understand that cash or credit back for returned retail products isn't an option. I understand that retail returns can't be used as a service credit.
