I, the undersigned artist or representative of the artist, hereby grant SMR247Jams.com and its affiliated outlets the non-exclusive right to promote, advertise, and distribute my music to the publicvia the SMR247Jams.com mobile applications, website (https://southernmuscleradio247.com), and allother platforms affiliated with SMR247Jams.com
This release grants SMR247Jams.com the right to use the submitted music for broadcasting purposes, promotions, social media marketing, and other related activities aimed at promoting the music, artist and business to a wider audience.
I affirm that I hold all necessary rights and authority to grant this permission and that the music, video and or images submitted does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
I understand that this agreement does not entitle me to any compensation or royalties, and that the music will be used at the discretion of SMR247Jams.com for promotional purposes. All royalties will be disbursed via your elected PRO as reported by Southern Muscle Media Group Inc.
