Music Release Contract
I, the undersigned artist or representative of the artist, hereby grant SMR247Jams and its affiliated
outlets the non-exclusive right to promote, advertise, and distribute my music to the public
via the SMR247Jams mobile application, website (https://southernmuscleradio247.com), and all
other platforms affiliated with SMR247Jams.
This release grants SMR247Jams the right to use the submitted music for broadcasting purposes,
promotions, social media marketing, and other related activities aimed at promoting the music
to a wider audience.
I affirm that I hold all necessary rights and authority to grant this permission and that the music
submitted does not infringe upon the rights of any third parties.
I understand that this agreement does not entitle me to any compensation or royalties, and that the
music will be used at the discretion of SMR247Jams for promotional purposes. All royalties will be disbursed via your elected PRO as reported by Southern Muscle Media Group Inc.
