📌 Rental Terms & Conditions
By proceeding with this transaction, you agree to the following terms:
1. Security Deposit & Returns
- Deposit: ₱800 (refundable).
- Refund: Paid via GCash within 1–2 days after inspection.
- Return Address: 2368 Coral St., San Andres Bukid, Manila (subject to change with notice).
2. Transport & Logistics
- Shipping Cost: The borrower pays all Lalamove fees for both delivery and return.
- No PC Connection: Do not connect the device to any computer without asking permission. We preload your requested books.
3. Schedule changes
- Extensions: Notify us 1 day before your return date. Extension fees are ₱200/day (subject to availability).
- Late Returns: Late returns incur a penalty of ₱200/day.
- Cancellations: Must be made 24 hours before pickup, or you forfeit your deposit.
⚠️ Equipment Care & Damage Fees
You are responsible for the device. Negligence, damage, or loss will be deducted from your deposit or billed separately based on these rates:
- Scratches: ₱350 per minor surface scratch or scuff.
- Casing Damage: ₱600 to ₱1,200 per crack, dent, or deep gouge.
- Screen Damage: Full replacement cost of a new device if the screen is cracked, pixel-damaged, or unresponsive.
- Liquid Damage: Full replacement cost for any water, moisture, or chemical exposure.
- Loss or Theft: Full, non-depreciated replacement cost if the device is not returned.
- Unusable Device: Full replacement cost for any unlisted defect that permanently breaks the device.
