Terms and Conditions & Important Notes for Borrowers:
1.Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required (500 pesos). The deposit will be returned via GCash within 1-2 days after the device is returned and thoroughly inspected. Please ensure the device is in good condition upon return to facilitate a smooth refund.
2.Delivery & Return Transportation:
The borrower is responsible for covering the cost of Lalamove transportation for both delivery and return of the device.
3.Care and Custody:
Please handle the device with care during the loan period. Any loss, damage, or deterioration caused by negligence will be charged accordingly, and the cost for repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.
4.Extension Requests:
If you wish to extend the rent period, please notify us at least one (1) day prior to the original return date. Extension fees are PHP 200 per day. Approval is subject to availability.
5.Late Return Penalty:
Devices not returned on the scheduled date will incur a penalty of PHP 200 per day until returned.
6. Return Location:
The standard return address is 2368 Coral St. San Andres Bukid Manila. Please be advised that the address may change; if so, we will notify you in advance.
7.Cancellation:
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
8. Uploading Books:
Please do not connect the device to any computers or laptops. We will preload your preferred books prior to your pickup date to ensure a seamless experience.
