Please read carefully before placing an order.
Submitting an order confirms that you agree to all policies below.

Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED on all orders. No exceptions.
Your order total and payment instructions will be sent to you, via email or text, after your order is reviewed.
No refunds will be issued at any time, for any reason, aside from extreme circumstances or at the owners discretion.

Refunds & Quality Disclaimer
Boldly Bre Bakery LLC does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.
We are NOT responsible for damaged, diminished quality, or freshness issues for any orders picked up before the event date.
Once an order is picked up, full responsibility transfers to the customer.
To ensure freshness and quality, please select the correct pickup date for when your treats will be served or consumed.

Pickup Policy
Pickup is FREE. Location will be sent via text.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a late pickup fee is REQUIRED and must be paid via CashApp before your order is released. The fee is at the discretion of the owner.
This policy is strictly enforced. Please choose your pickup time carefully.

Delivery, Setup & Additional Fees
If delivery is selected a delivery fee will be added. Fee is at the owner’s discretion.
Setup with delivery will incur an additional charge.
Table décor, styling, or additional props will incur an additional charge.
All additional fees will be communicated before final payment.

Rush Orders
Orders or order changes made with less than 7 days’ notice will incur a rush fee.
The rush fee amount is determined at the owner’s discretion and must be paid to proceed.

Media Release
Photos of your order may be shared on Boldly Bre Bakery Treats & Things social media pages after your scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Liability Disclaimer
Boldly Bre Bakery LLC is NOT LIABLE for any damage, quality issues, or loss once an order has been picked up.
This includes orders picked up one or more days before the event.
