  • Do you accept full financial responsibility for all routine veterinary care, preventative care, and any emergency medical treatment that may arise during the lifetime of your kitten/cat?*
  • It is required that all new companions are quarantined at your home for (10) DAYS or until seen and clear by your veterinarian. Do you agree to that?*
  • We require all kittens/cats to be spayed or neutered with (10) MONTHS of possession if a Kitten and (30) DAYS if an Adult cat (Older than 1YR). Are you agreeing to complete that obligation?*
  • Would you agree to give Empire Maine Coons notification of the completed first initial veterinarian appointment with (72) Hours of completion?*
  • Do you acknowledge and understand that the $350.00 retainer, which is applied toward the total purchase price, is non-refundable?*
  • Our Health Guarantee covers against specific hereditary conditions for a period of one (1) YEAR from the kittens date of birth. This guarantee covers the following: (i) Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency (PKDef)(ii) Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM)(iii) Other genetically identifiable diseases that are routinely screened for on the Optimal Selection genetic panel. Do you acknowledge this Health Guarantee?*
  • Do you acknowledge and understand that, in the event that you, the Buyer, or your veterinarian identifies a health concern during the first initial veterinary appointment that warrants notifying the Seller, the Buyer must provide written notice to Empire Maine Coons within the TEN (10) consecutive day grace period from the date of possession?*
  • Do you agree that Empire Maine Coons cannot guarantee the temperament, future color, size, appearance, traits, behavior, personality of the kitten/cat?*
  • Do you acknowledge that you have reviewed Empire Maine Coons’ adoption process, policies, and procedures, and understand that all reservations, documentation timelines, pricing, and communication protocols are defined by the breeder and are not subject to modification or negotiation outside of the established process.
