      🚫 No walk-in traffic, marketing, or backbar included.

      To maintain the safety, comfort, and wellness of all guests and team members, the following chemical services are strictly prohibited within Booji Beauty Bar & Co.:

      🚫 No relaxers
      🚫 No perms
      🚫 No keratin treatments (e.g., Brazilian Blowouts)
      🚫 No acrylic nail services

      ✅ The only permitted chemical services are professional hair color services (including semi-, demi-, and permanent color and toning treatments).

      Why? The fumes released by certain chemical and acrylic-based products can pose health risks to other professionals, guests in the spa lounge, and children present in the salon. These services do not align with Booji Beauty’s wellness-forward, clean-air environment.

    • Lash Bed Rental – What’s Included in Base Rent:
      ✔️ Use of premium lash bed & recliner setup
      ✔️ Guest seating 
      ✔️ Use of hooded magnifying light
      ✔️ Concierge-laundered towels (clean daily)
      ✔️ Access to shared restroom, breakroom, and trash disposal
      ✔️ Electrical access and secure storage for your own tools
      ✔️ Access during salon hours: 9AM–6PM (extended access by request only)

      ❌ No walk-in guests, salon marketing, or lash tools/products provided.
