    Booking Agreement & Policy Acknowledgment

    All pricing is based on the selected party package, guest count, event location, travel distance, and any requested add-ons or upgrades.

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time, if full payment is not made through the website at the time of booking. Dates are not guaranteed until the required deposit has been received.

    The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    Bookings made within 7 days of the event date may require full payment at the time of booking.

    Additional charges may apply for travel outside our standard service area, extra guests, overtime or last-minute changes.

    Accepted payment methods include approved electronic payment options available at booking through our website or by invoice.

    Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the event and loss of the reserved date.

     

  • What We Provide / What You Provide

     

    Drippie Paint Party! Provides: brings the fun and creativity to you! Our team provides the complete paint party experience, including canvases, paint supplies, brushes, aprons, instructor-led guidance, setup, cleanup, music, games, and any selected add-ons to make your event memorable and stress-free.

    What the Host Provides:
    The host is responsible for securing the event location and providing adequate space for guests, tables and chairs if not included in the selected package, food and beverages, party décor (optional), access to electricity if needed, and ensuring guests arrive on time ready to enjoy the experience.

    *If you are renting our event space and using our tables and chairs, we kindly ask that all furniture be treated with care. Any damage to chairs, tables, or venue property may result in an additional repair or replacement fee based on the extent of the damage.

  • Setup & Cleanup Responsibilities

    Drippie Paint Party! will arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to the scheduled event time to set up painting stations, supplies, and any included party add-ons. We ask that the event space be clean, accessible, and ready for setup upon arrival.

    If you are renting our event space with your paint party booking, access to the venue will be provided during the designated setup window. Guests must follow all venue rules and ensure the space is treated respectfully throughout the event.

    At the conclusion of the event, our team will clean and remove paint party materials, supplies, and equipment provided by Drippie Paint Party! Hosts are responsible for disposing of personal trash, food items, decorations, and restoring any non-company items brought into the space.

    Please ensure adequate time is allowed for both setup and cleanup, and that venue access is available during those times.

  • Liability Waiver & Damage Clause

    By booking or participating in a Drippie Paint Party! event, the client and all participants acknowledge that participation involves the use of paint supplies, tools, tables, chairs, and other materials that may present minor risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, stains, allergic reactions, or accidental injury.

    The client and participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Drippie Paint Party!, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

    Drippie Paint Party! is not responsible for damage to clothing, shoes, personal belongings, furniture, flooring, walls, or other property resulting from normal event activities, accidental spills, participant misuse of materials, or failure to follow instructions.

    The client agrees to provide a safe and suitable event space for all guests. Any damage caused to Drippie Paint Party! equipment, supplies, tables, chairs, décor, or other company property by the client, guests, or venue may result in additional repair or replacement charges.

     

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

    At Drippie Paint Party!, we reserve your event date, prepare materials, and schedule staff in advance to create a smooth and memorable experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

    Deposits & Payments
    All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable and are required to secure your event date. Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed due date prior to the event.

    Client Cancellations

    Cancellations requested 14 or more days prior to the event date will receive a credit toward a future booking, valid for up to 6 months from the original event date.

    Cancellations requested less than 14 days prior to the event date are non-refundable and non-transferable due to staffing, scheduling, and materials prepared in advance.

    Rescheduling

    One complimentary reschedule may be allowed if requested at least 7 days prior to the event date and subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests may require a fee.

    No Shows / Same-Day Cancellations

    No shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

    Weather / Emergencies

    For outdoor events impacted by severe weather or emergencies, we will work with the client to reschedule based on availability. Refunds are not guaranteed.

    Company Cancellations

    If Drippie Paint Party! must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive the option of a full refund of payments made or rescheduling to a new available date.

    Refund Processing

    Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

     

  • Photography & Media Release Consent

    By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or video may be taken during the event. You grant Drippie Paint Party! and its representatives permission to use, reproduce, and publish such images and recordings in which participants may appear for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media platforms, websites, flyers, and other digital or print materials.

    You understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images, and you waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of the media. If you do not wish to be photographed or included in promotional materials, you must notify the event host in writing, bookdrippie@gmail.com prior to the start of the event.
