Registration fee includes a copy of the book, bookmark, pencil, folder with work sheets, and an official Books and BallHers t-shirt and bag. Proceeds from each registration will be donated to our scholarship fund. These funds will be given to girls for school tuition, basketball registration fees, STEM programs, or any other eligible activity. Waiver and Release of Liability:

I hereby authorize the agents of Hoop Heaven Georgia to act for me according to his/her best judgment in any emergency requiring medical attention. I hereby release, discharge and indemnify Hoop Heaven Georgia, Books and BallHers, Inc, Tiara Simpkins, Cherokee County School District, Lyndon Academy, staff, affiliated entities and their officers, agents and employees from and against any and all liability or causes of actions arising out of or in connection with my or my child's participation in the program. As a parent/legal guardian, I hold Cherokee County School District harmless against any and all liability claims, judgments or damages arising as a result of participating in this program. This program has inherenet risks for student injury and as the parent/legal guardian, I acknowledge and assume the responsibiity of potential injury to my child. Refunds will not be given if event is cancelled because of an Act of God. Under Georgia law, there is no liability for an injury or death of an individual entering these premises if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting COVID-19. You are assuming this risk by entering these premises. I also give Hoop Heaven and Books and BallHers, Inc permission to use my child's photo in social media posts or promotional materials.
