• 2026 BRC Summer Camp

    Pre-Registration Form

  • Use this form to select the weeks your camper will attend BRC this summer. After completing this form you will be charged a $30 registration fee and $25 deposit for each week of camp you select. These fees are non-refundable and serve to reserve the camper's spot in each week you sign them up for. After you submit this form and your deposit is received via check/cash at our office or successfully processed through Tuition Express, you will receive a full registration form to complete. The full registration form must be completed within 10 days of receiving it for your camp registration to be considered complete. You will receive a copy of your responses to this form in an email as soon as you click SUBMIT.

     

    Please note BRC will be closed August 24-26, 2026.

  • CHILD INFORMATION:

    Please submit a separate form for each camper.

  • T Shirts

    All campers will receive a shirt as part of the cost of camp. Campers MUST have a shirt to attend field trips. If you want to purchase additional shirts, the charge will be $15 per shirt. The shirt fee will be charged when full camp payments are due. Please indicate the number of extra shirts you would like to purchase below.

  • PARENT/GUARDIAN INFORMATION:

    This is the person who will receive all correspondence about camp registration. You will be able to add a second person when you complete the full registration form after your deposit is received.

  • Bow Rec Summer Camp Program Policies

    On behalf of myself, camper, and family, we affirm that we received, read, and understand the Bow Rec Day 2026 Camp Parent Handbook. By continuing the enrollment process, we agree to abide by these policies. 

  • Camp Week Selection

    Select the weeks your camper will attend by checking Yes. The number of spots in green indicates how many spots are left in that week of camp. If you are unable to select a week because all spots are filled, you can complete the waitlist form on the Town of Bow website to add your camper's name to the waitlist for that week. If your camper is not attending that week, simply leave it blank. On the next page you will be asked to if your camper is attending the field trips available the week(s) you have pre-registered for. Please note BRC will be closed August 24-26, 2026.

  • Field Trip Selection

    Field trips are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays of camp. Field trips are not available for Kindergarten campers. Some trips are offered for for Grade 1 campers, and all Grade 2-7 campers. Field trips are an additional fee and require pre-registration. Fees for field trips are based on a minimum number of enrollments. Field trips with low enrollment may be canceled. Field trips that are full will not appear below. Field trips fees will process through Tuition Express on May 29, 2026, cash/check payments are due by May 26, 2026.

  • PAYMENT POLICIES

    Enrollment in Bow Rec Day Camp requires a registration fee of $30 per camper plus a $25 deposit for each week of camp.  Camp registration fees and camp deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

    Fees and Deposits can be paid by cash/check/money order OR through Tuition Express. Tuition Express is a secure method for paying directly from your bank account. At this time BRC does not accept debit or credit cards for payments.

    Option 1: Tuition Express 

    • The $30 registration fee and $25 per camper/per week deposit will process through Tuition Express, within 5 days of submitting the pre-registration form.

    Option 2:  Payment with cash, check, or money order

    • The $30 per camper registration fee and $25 per camper/per week deposit must be received within 5 days of submitting this pre-registration form.
    • Make checks payable to Town of Bow and deliver to Bow Rec Center, 21 Bow Center Rd, (building across from the middle school). Drop payment during business hours. 
    • If payment has not been received within 5 days of your form submission, your pre-registration will be canceled. 

    You will have additional payment options for the full camp fee, as descibed in the Summer Camp Program on pages 3 and 4. 

  • Tuition Express Authorization

    By completing this form, I/We hereby authorize Town of Bow to initiate debit entries to my/our checking or savings account indicated below. To properly affect the cancellation of this agreement, I/we are required to give ten days written notice. Please note, your registration is not considered complete without accurate billing information. The received date will be assigned when accurate, complete info is received. You can type "on file" for account and routing numbers if you are a current BRC family and your banking details are already on file with BRC.
