Note

Notes All volunteers must be 7th grade and older. We can authorize volunteer credits for High School students! Families are encouraged to volunteer together; youths, age 16 and older, may volunteer without an adult.
Background Check Policy

At BPA, we have an intentional approach to ensuring our teams are held to high standards of integrity and safety. We conduct comprehensive background checks on all staff, teaching artists, artistic teams, and volunteers who interact with minors in our programs. Our commitment to creating a safe and trusted environment for our community is unwavering, and we continuously review and enhance our safeguarding practices to protect everyone who walks through our doors.

As such, BPA reserves the right to conduct background checks on any participant at any time during their involvement with BPA. This measure is taken to ensure the safety and security of all participants and to maintain the integrity of the program. Participants are required to consent to such background checks as a condition of their continued participation. By volunteering with BPA, you acknowledge and consent to this policy.
