  • Application for a Panel at the International Congress in St. Kitts & Nevis 2024

    The application has to be submitted by September 30th 2024, 23:59 / 11:59 pm UTC/GMT. The application has to be submitted in English. The panels lasts 1 to 1ΒΌ hours and will be held in a room with max. 50 people.

  • English is the main language for all panels. If you need translation you need to provide it.

    Criteria for acceptance:

    • The panel theme fits into the International Congress theme "New Action through Cooperation"
    • It does not have any financial implications for BPW International

  • Panels will be assessed via the following criteria:

    • Alignment with the Conference Theme
    • All regions are represented
    • No duplication of themes / panels
    • Panel description and bio are included in the application
    • Applications arrive before the closing date

  • Data Protection

    This data will be stored at BPW International. The data will be used exclusively for the International Congress 2024 in St. Kitts. After the International Congress 2024 the data will be stored in the Archives of BPW International. On request the data will be deleted (only after the International Congress 2024).
