PAYMENT AND CONDITIONS

Registration: Fill in the registration form and submit it. You will receive an email with all your data. Please keep it for the Registration Desk in St. Kitts.

Payment/Tickets: To complete your registration, please buy your tickets at the ticket shop. You will find the link to the ticket shop on the Congress Website and in your registration confirmation email. You can pay per credit card or bank transfer. All tickets must be paid before the beginning of the Congress.

Cash payment is possible only upon justified request. Please fill in the registration form for Members or Non-Members with request for cash payment and follow the instructions. Cash payment is in Euros/US$ plus a processing fee.

1. To get Early Bird registration fee, receipt of payment or payment order must be issued on or before 15th October 2024.
Acceptance of Registration
Every person (members and non-members) who would like to attend the XXXI BPW International Congress, must submit this registration form.
International Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW International) reserves the right to determine eligibility of registrants / applicants of non-members.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation fee is charged in percentage of total registration fee. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance.
1. If you cancel prior to 31 September 2024, the cancellation fee is 25%
2. If you cancel between 1 and 31 October 2024, the cancellation fee is 50%
3. No refund for cancellation from 1 November 2024 onward.
Confirmation

Please confirm, that you will pay for your registration. You can get your ticket(s) directly at the Ticket Shop. Payment is possible with credit card or bank transfer. You will receive a link to the ticket shop with the email confirmation following this registration.

In case of cash payment: Don't go to the ticket shop. Please follow the instructions regarding cash payment on the registration website.

Data Protection

This data will be stored at BPW International. The data will be used exclusively for the International Congress 2024 in St. Kitts. After the International Congress 2024 the data will be stored in the Archives of BPW International. On request the data will be deleted (only after the International Congress 2024).
