  • Brady D. Beitlich is a healthcare leader with more than ten years of experience in managing physician practices and expanding hospital service lines. He currently serves as the Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he centers on strengthening physician and patient referral networks. He holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Florida and has completed numerous Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt projects. His expertise in healthcare quality and process improvement has allowed him to lead teams to achieve measurable operational efficiency and service delivery progress.

    Early Life and Education

    Brady was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988. Much of his early life was spent near the water, fishing in the coastal areas of Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay. His love for fishing later grew to include freshwater bass fishing, and during a trip to the Sierra Nevada, he discovered fly fishing while seeking local trout in mountain streams.

    He attended Pine View School for the Gifted, where he was elected Class President in 2004 and graduated in 2006. He then attended the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior in 2010. During his undergraduate years, he held various leadership positions, including roles within his fraternity, serving as Vice Chairman of Student Government Productions, and acting as Vice President of Membership for Florida Blue Key.

    After completing his bachelor’s degree, Beitlich pursued a Master's degree in Health Administration at the University of Florida’s College of Public Health and Health Professions. While in the program, he served as Treasurer for the Health Administration Student Association. He graduated in 2012, equipped with the education and skills to serve as a leader in the healthcare industry.

    Early Career

    His professional career began with an administrative fellowship at a West Palm Beach, Florida, medical center, operated by Tenet Healthcare. In that position, he contributed to executive-level projects and oversaw the level I trauma center's patient experience, customer service, and communication departments.

    2013 he returned to Sarasota and earned Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Beitlich then led a process improvement initiative at a local hospital, streamlining workflows and improving operational efficiency.

    Later that year, he relocated to Chattanooga, Tennessee, to join Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) as part of the performance excellence team. His work there focused on process improvements in surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow, contributing to stronger operational outcomes across several healthcare facilities.

    Transition to HCA Physician Services Group

    2016 Brady became a Practice Manager with HCA Physician Services Group in Snellville, Georgia. He oversaw multiple specialties, including neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care. His responsibilities included operational and financial management, ensuring that each practice met performance goals.

    In 2019, his leadership skills were recognized when he was selected to participate in HCA’s Leadership Institute Academy. This program allowed him to develop his operational expertise further and strengthen his ability to guide teams toward success.

    Accomplishments at HCA Physician Services Group

    Over his eight years with HCA Physician Services Group, Beitlich achieved several key milestones. Among these was overseeing the complete remodel and operational launch of a neurosurgery outpatient practice in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This initiative supported the expansion of specialty service lines at Parkridge Medical Center. Under his guidance, the practice consistently exceeded EBITDA targets, generating approximately $3.6 million in annual net charges.

    He introduced process improvements to coding, billing, and documentation workflows in the pulmonology and endocrinology practices. These changes led to increased provider wRVUs and higher reimbursement rates, producing a combined annual revenue of about $2.9 million.

    Brady also focused heavily on team culture. By enhancing communication, clarifying staff roles, and aligning team objectives with organizational priorities, he helped raise employee engagement scores from the 76th to the 93rd percentile in just one year. This cultural improvement also resulted in a voluntary staff turnover rate of zero.

    Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine

    In November 2024, Beitlich assumed the role of Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga. In this position, he develops and executes marketing strategies to drive patient growth. Working closely with local and regional partners, he helps guide patient referral patterns to strengthen the organization’s reach. Through careful management of the marketing budget and targeted strategic planning, he has achieved a 16% increase in new patient referrals and a 33% rise in new patient visits.

    His work involves creating marketing materials, managing social media presence, and delivering presentations to promote the organization. These efforts have contributed to increased visibility and a stronger reputation within the healthcare community.

    Professional Affiliations

    Brady is committed to continuous professional growth and active participation in the healthcare field. From 2018 to 2021, he served as a founding member and Secretary of the Greater Gwinnett Medical Group Management Association. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

    Community Involvement

    His commitment to service extends to volunteer activities. During his college years, he contributed his time to the Ronald McDonald House. More recently, he volunteered with Paw Paw’s Homeless Ministry in Chattanooga, where he assisted in preparing and serving meals for people experiencing homelessness.

    Personal Interests

    Outside of work, Beitlich enjoys various outdoor activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, hiking, and tennis, often taking advantage of Chattanooga’s scenic surroundings. He also spends time gardening, exploring interior design, and creating floral arrangements, using these as outlets for creativity.
