Location(Ex. "at the corner of" or "between what streets"):
Registration Forms must be in by June 30, 2025
1. It is your responsibility to check with State, City, and Township for sign ordinances.
2. Each group may enter 2 new billboards.
3. Billboards must be at least 4' by 8' wide.
4. Billboards must be made of permanent material such as plywood, paint, etc.
5. Billboards must include: Branch County Fair (any entry that says, Branch County 4-H Fair will be disqualified), August 3-9, Coldwater, MI and club name.
6. Billboards must be posted in a prominent location in the county and be visible by-passing cars by July 7th.
7. Billboards must be taken down within two weeks of the close of the Fair or award will not be paid.
8. Billboards will be judged on creativity, design, and their effectiveness in promoting the Fair.
9. Clubs need to submit a registration form including at least one picture of the billboard after it has been posted, showing it clearly with it's location. Forms are Due to the Fair Office by June 30th.
10. Billboard registration forms are available at the Fair Office.
11. Winners will be announced at the crowning of the King & Queen.
