I understand that the role of 'Godparents are not recognized legally in custodial matters of guardianship but only serves as an 'honorary title'
I understand that the spiritual growth and well-being of my child is primarily my responsibility and not that of the church, whose role is only to provide spiritual support
I understand that if I am not a member of this church, I will not get the benefits of Nurture and support from this pastor and/or congregation
I understand that if I am not a member of this church that there will be an administrative fee of $100.00 which will include the officiating Pastor's Service, The Dedication Certificate (legal document) and a baby's first bible.
