Terms and Conditions* This field is required.TROVE SALON + STYLE BAR LLC POLICIES Credit Card on File To secure your appointment at Trove Salon + Style Bar LLC, we require a credit card to be kept on file. This card will be used exclusively for reservation purposes and to enforce our cancellation and payment policies. Please note that your scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for you, and timely notice of any changes is appreciated. Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value both our clients and our stylists’ time, which is why we maintain a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any charges. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service. No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment or cancellations made the same day will result in a 100% charge of the booked service. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 20 minutes late for your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service booked. If the credit card on file declines, Trove Salon + Style Bar LLC reserves the right to send a bill or apply an additional charge to your next service. Payment & Credit Card Authorization Your personal information is securely stored and used exclusively for Trove Salon + Style Bar LLC purposes, including cancellations, no-shows, and payment processing. We will never share or sell your data. If your credit card on file declines, Trove Salon has the right to send a bill or add any outstanding charges to your next scheduled service. Failure to provide a valid credit card on file may result in the refusal or cancellation of your service. Refunds, Color Adjustments, and Cut Adjustments - Achieving your desired hair goal may require multiple appointments. Please note that Trove Salon operates with an a la carte pricing structure, and the final cost may vary based on the services required to meet your desired outcome. - We reserve the right to decline any service request. - Once you leave the salon, Trove Salon is not responsible for any changes to your hair, including damage, fading, or any other alteration. - Trove Salon is not liable for any allergic reactions, redness, or irritation caused by products used during your appointment. - For guests under the age of 15, a legal guardian must be present during the consultation and the service. - Trove Salon does not offer refunds. However, color or cut adjustments will be offered within 7 days of the service, provided the request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No adjustments will be made beyond 7 days from the initial appointment. By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined above.
