- A meet & greet is required (unless you are a repeat client then a meet & greet won't be required)
- We do our best but in some cases you may have a different sitter (we let you know before)
- Reservations are not held without your down payment (non-refundable down payment of 40%
- Indoor cameras are allowed and they will be turned back on each time we leave your house (no recording inside for our privacy)
- Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received in full, all bookings are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or rescheduling for any cancellations—whether due to changes in your plans, weather, emergencies, or anything else. We understand life happens, but our schedule and pet care commitments are locked in once payments are received. To avoid surprises, please double-check your dates before booking!
