  • Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

    To reserve your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your pet’s spot and ensures our availability for the requested dates.

    • The deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
    • It is non-refundable, meaning it will not be returned if you cancel your service for any reason.
    • If you need to reschedule, we may be able to transfer your deposit to new dates depending on availability and with advance notice.            

    We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us manage our schedule and dedicate time to caring for your pets with the highest level of service.

    • A meet & greet is required (unless you are a repeat client then a meet & greet won't be required)
    • We do our best but in some cases you may have a different sitter (we let you know before) 
    • Reservations are not held without your down payment
    • At the time of booking your reservation I will collect a non-refundable down payment of 40%
    • Indoor cameras are allowed and they will be turned back on each time we leave your house (no recording inside for our privacy)
