  • Legal Agreement

    • Customer agrees to return all rented items in the condition received.
    • Failure to return items will result in full replacement charges.
    • Failure to return items may result in legal action.
    • Customer assumes all responsibility for use of rental items. Brit Shanese Events & Rentals is not liable for injury, damage, or misuse. 

  • Late Return Policy

    • Late returns will incur a $10 per hour fee.
    • After 24 hours = full replacement cost.

  • Damage Fee

    • Customer responsible for any damage or loss.
    • Damage fee based on repair or replacement cost.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Failure to provide payment at pickup will result in cancellation and forfeiture of reservation. Reservations are not guaranteed without payment.

  • DIY Setup

    Customer confirms they understand setup instructions will be provided and setup is their responsibility.
