All exhibits will be held in the HUB for Clinical Collaboration located on the 1st floor lobby. Time has been allotted in the agenda for attendees to visit all exhibitors.

Set up Time: You can begin setting up in exhibit area any time after 6:30 am on Thursday, March 26, 2026.

-You will be provided one - 6’ table and 2 chairs.

-Breakfast and lunch for up to two company representatives.

POWER SUPPLY

For those who need access to power supply, please let me know as soon as possible. I ask that you bring your own power strip and extension cord for your exhibit.

Please Note: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia/CME Department will not be responsible for receiving/storing/transporting of any exhibit materials. Company representatives are responsible for their own shipping/receiving handling fees. Representatives are also responsible for labeling and calling for a return pickup of all materials at the end of the event.
