    Here's how to place your Custom Order:

  • STEP 1: Fill out and submit the form below with as many details as you can. Don’t forget to upload your reference photo—this helps me bring your vision to life!

    STEP 2: Keep an eye on your email! I’ll send you a confirmation, and the quicker you reply, the sooner we can get started.

    STEP 3: Once we’re on the same page, I’ll create a custom listing just for you.

    STEP 4: Look out for a confirmation email with a purchase link. 

    STEP 5: Place your order and complete payment within 24 hours to lock in your spot & your design!

    • Processing Time: Please allow 6-8 weeks for your custom creation. Order early to ensure timely delivery!
    • No Returns or Refunds: Due to the handmade nature of these artistic pieces, all sales are final.
    • Design Finalization: Final designs are confirmed before production. Once approved, no changes can be made.
    • Pricing: Prices may vary depending on the complexity of your requested design.
    • Handmade Disclaimer: Each cup is crafted by hand and designed to closely match your inspiration photo, but slight variations may occur.
    • Care Instructions: Hand wash & dry thoroughly. Do not soak/ Do not place in the dishwasher, nor use in the microwave.
    • Branding: All cups are branded at the bottom with my signature logo, ensuring authenticity and showcasing the quality craftsmanship of your unique piece!
    • Non-Edible: These designs are for sipping, not snacking—please don’t try to eat them!
