Waiver of Compensation & Liability. No financial or other compensation will be provided for the use of the Media. All rights to inspect or approve the finished product are waived. The Organization is fully released from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of the Media. 4. Age & Capacity Declaration (Select A or B below): A.
