Before You Begin
VBS is a fast-paced environment with large group gatherings, frequent transitions, and a full schedule of activities throughout the day.
As you go through this form, we encourage you to think about your child’s ability to participate throughout the VBS environment, including group time, classroom activities, and outdoor recreation.
Our goal is to help every child have a safe and enjoyable VBS experience.
What to Expect at VBS
During VBS, children participate alongside hundreds of other children throughout a fast-paced schedule of activities across campus.
Throughout the day, children will:
VBS is designed as a shared group experience and does not include a separate sensory-friendly or individualized support program.

One-on-One Support Requirement
Children requiring dedicated one-on-one support must attend VBS with a parent or approved caregiver who remains with them throughout VBS, including transitions and activities.
Please note:• This adult will be fully responsible for the child’s care and supervision• Our VBS servants are not able to provide dedicated one-on-one support• The adult must complete a servant application and screening process prior to VBS
