- Logo: Either width or height should be minimum 300px; Max Size 5 MB
- Booth Name: 150 Characters
- Sponsored Product/Service Label: Customize text – default is “Products/Services”; 13 Characters
- Listing Page Banner: 385x250px | 5MB (Maximum); This banner is displayed on a booth card on the exhibitor's list
- Small Banner: 385x250px | 5MB (Maximum); This banner is displayed on a booth card on the reception and sessions page. Note: A cropped version of the Listing Page Banner will be placed automatically if a separate image is not added here.
- Spotlight Banner: 1920x400px | 5MB (Maximum); This large banner is placed at the top of an exhibitor’s profile.
- About: Description 4000 Characters or less
- Number, Address, Main contact email address
- Files for download: .DOC, .DOCX, .PPT, .PPTX, .PDF, .XLS, .XLSX |100MB (Maximum)
- Social Links: website, linkedin, twitter, facebook, Instagram, whats app number
- Team Members: Virtual conference attendees to associate with your booth
- Product Images: Add Images of your products. Max 20 images allowed. Maximum size 1024px x 1024px.; add title, description (1000 characters or less), button label, and url for button
- Product Videos: Youtube, Vimeo or Youku. Max 20 videos are allowed; add caption
- Custom CTA: Custom Call to Action Box: add title, descriptions and links (1000 characters max); button label, and button url
