2026 Northwest Glass Quest Registration

We are thrilled to once again host the greatest treasure hunt in the Pacific Northwest! Celebrating our 17th year, the 2026 Northwest Glass Quest will run Friday, February 13 through Sunday, February 22.

For 10 days, visitors from across Washington and beyond will explore Stanwood & Camano Island while searching for hand-crafted glass treasures. Along the way, they discover our shops, restaurants, and parks — making this a one-of-a-kind community celebration.

There are many ways to participate

• Drive traffic to your business by registering as a Participant.
• Let us hide clueballs in local parks so you only meet the winners.
• Join as an Advertiser — our Sponsor Level is perfect if you want exposure without hiding clueballs.

Registration closes November 28, 2025 (Thanksgiving Day)
Register early and submit your ad to avoid the holiday rush!

Optional Non-Certificated Balls
As a participant or sponsor, you may also purchase Non-Certificated Balls at the wholesale cost of $40 each. These can be resold during the event for $70 (or $60 with the Glass Quest App) and you’ll be able to select your preferred color range.

Additional Notes

This form is detailed, but we’ve streamlined it as much as possible for the 2026 event. You can Save & Continue Later if you’d like to finish in more than one sitting — but don’t wait until the deadline! We strongly encourage you to register early in the fall so it’s done and off your plate before the holiday rush. That way, you can relax and not think about it again until the new year.

Participating Businesses

• Provide clue balls and glass balls for Questers to find.
• Drive foot traffic directly into your location during the event.
• Included in the Glass Quest Guide Booklet with an advertisement.
• May also purchase Non-Certificated Balls for resale or giveaways.
• Can hide clueballs in your place of business OR in our approved Community Sites.

Sponsoring Businesses

• Support the event through advertising only.
• Receive a larger ad in the Glass Quest Guide Booklet (digital flipbook with links).
• Do not hide clue balls.
• Perfect for businesses that want exposure without on-site participation.
• May also purchase Non-Certificated Balls for resale or giveaways.

Certificated Glass Balls

• These are the official Northwest Glass Quest treasure hunt balls.
• Each comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and must be hidden with a clue ball for the public to find.
• They cannot be raffled, sold, or given away — they are strictly for the treasure hunt.
• Certificated balls help keep the quest fair, consistent, and exciting for all participants.

Non-Certificated Glass Balls

• These do not come with a certificate and are not part of the official treasure hunt.
  They are offered to participants and sponsors at a wholesale cost so you can:
  • Resell them during the event (at $70, or $60 if the customer shows the Glass Quest App).
  • Give them away as customer appreciation gifts or business promotions.
    You may also select a color range when ordering Non-Certificated Balls. 
  • Cost = $40/ball if ordered prior to 11/27/25.  We will accept orders for these until 1/5/26 but the price increases to $45/ball.
  • If you are reselling the Non-Certificated balls we must have a copy of your Reseller Permit. 

👉 In short:

Certificated = Official treasure hunt, hidden with clueballs.
Non-Certificated = Wholesale balls for resale or giveaways.

Participating Business = hiding clueballs and awarding glass balls

Sponsoring Business = larger adveritisng opportunity

👉 Important: Participating businesses must use the provided Certificated glass balls with a clueball for hiding. These balls may not be raffled or given away. You will be able to purchase Non-Certificated balls to resell or give away.

For 2026, the booklet will be available in digital format and will include clickable advertising links.

Please submit your ad and payment as early as possible, and no later than Dec. 1, 2025. If you need to arrange a later payment date we have that as an option at the end of this form.

As a Participant or Sponsor, you may purchase Non-Certificated Glass Balls at wholesale cost.

Pricing & Deadlines

$40 per ball if ordered by November 27, 2025
$45 per ball if ordered after November 27 (final order deadline: January 5, 2026)

Use Guidelines

Non-Certificated Balls may be resold to the public during Glass Quest (2026 pricing: $70, or $60 if the customer shows the GQ App).
You may also use them for promotions, raffles, or giveaways.

⚠️ Important: Non-Certificated Balls cannot be used with clue balls. Clue balls are reserved only for Certificated Balls, which include a Certificate of Authenticity and have a number etched on the bottom.
Requirements
Because these are provided at wholesale cost, we require a copy of your Blanket Certificate of Exemption or Wholesale ID. if you are reselling them. 
Ordering
Please pre-order as many Non-Certificated Balls as you anticipate needing. While the final order deadline is January 5, 2026, we encourage early orders for planning purposes — and to lock in the $40 pricing before November 27. Supplies are limited, and we will clearly communicate to Questers that Non-Certificated Balls are available for purchase only while supplies last.
Glass Artist
All Non-Certificated Balls for the 2026 event will be created by ThornMeadow Glass Works. This is the artist that created them for the 2025 event.

Please submit your ad no later than December 1, 2025 by emailing a HIGH RESOLUTION copy to camanochambermarketing@gmail.com.

To make ad design easier, we’ve created ready-to-use Canva templates in the correct sizes for each level. Simply click the link, edit with your content/logo, and download as a 300 dpi JPEG or PDF.

Sponsors (no glass balls – larger ad size)

• Gold Level Sponsor → Full Page (4.625” wide × 7.625” tall)
• Silver Level Sponsor → ½ Page (4.625” wide × 3.725” tall)
• Bronze Level Sponsor → ¼ Page (4.625” wide × 1.75” tall)

Participating Businesses (clue balls & glass balls)

• Gold Level Participant (10 balls) → ½ Page (4.625” wide × 3.725” tall)
• Silver Level Participant (5 balls) → ¼ Page (4.625” wide × 1.75” tall)

Using Last Years Ad

You may use the ad that you placed last year as long as you are registering for the same ball package/level (so the size is correct).  If you want to view your ad from last year you may access the 2025 event booklet here. This can also be helpful if you are new to the event and want to see what the booklet has looked like.
