Abstract Submission Form
Due Date: Sunday, December 1, 2024 @ 11:59 PM (Pacific).
Submitters will have the opportunity to start a submission, save, and complete later; however, all completed submissions are due at the date and time listed above.
Submission Requirements & Guidelines Before you hit submit, be sure you have all of the submission requirements below prepared. Submitters will have the chance to save and continue their work until the submission deadline. Word/character limits are listed in parentheses.
REQUIRED UPON ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
- Title – Keep it creative, engaging, honest (150 words)
- Short Description of CURRENT State (300 characters)
- Short Description of DESIRED/ACHIEVABLE State (300 characters)
- Content Outline – This is the most robust description of what and how you will teach the content. This description should also include how you plan to address the gap described above.
- Short Description Summary – For marketing purposes (250 words)
- Reference List – Must use current evidence, within 5 years
- Requested Speaking Time (15, 30, 45, 60 minutes)
- Learning Objectives – Must include at lease one (1) objective per 30 minutes of content. Use Blooms Taxonomy – the higher the taxonomy, the better.
- 1/2- Page Practice Recommendation – This is a summary that the learner can use as a quick reference long after the conference has concluded. Include key information, including what do you want them to remember 6 months after the presentation. File must be in PDF format and print ready.
