Important Event Information

Event begins at 4pm on October 11th 2026, and ends at 7pm. Booth setup begins at 2:00 early setup of needed. Booths must be completed and set up no later than 3:30pm. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Please have your own table and/or tent and table. Any vendors who have not paid in full by OCTOBER 7th, will be charged additional $5 for their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given to those who decide to cancel for any reasons). Food vendors must provide all food and/or heating equipment, but will be given electrical access if rented. All vendors are responsible for making sure items and area properly prepared, safe and stored correctly containing food items customers may consume.
