Thank you for booking your Private Paint Party with Paint and Sip Augusta. Our goal is to deliver top notch Art entertainment for your special occasion! Please read the following guidelines to ensure a great Paint Party experience.
Booking fee: A $70 non-refundable booking fee is required to book a Private Paint Party. The full balance for each attendee is due 10 days before the Paint Party. If booking is less than 10 days before the event, the Paint Party balance will be due at time of booking. Deposit and payment must be remitted online at www.paypal.me/paintandsipaugusta.
Guests: A minimum of 10 painters are required to book a Private Paint Party. You don't have to have 10 painters, but you must pay for a minimum of 10 painters. Please reserve as close to the number of guests that you anticipate at the time of booking, the final guest attendee count, and full payment for the Paint Party are due 10 days before the event.
Cost: The cost for a Private Canvas Paint Party is $45 per painter for a two hour session. This includes step-by-step instruction, aprons, and paint supplies for each painter to create the featured painting.
Location: Virtual Paint Parties are provided remotely online. The host is responsible for ensuring that all attendees receive the link to access the virtual Paint Party online.
Party Time: Virtual Paint Party Times are booked in two hour sessions. All Parties will start and end on time as specified. Please have your guests plan to check in 10 minutes before the event. Additional fees ($10 every 15 minutes) will be assessed if the host wants to delay the start of the party and it is not completed within session time specified in this contract.
Cancellation Policy: If the host wishes to cancel, the host must submit the cancellation in writing to info@paintandsipaugusta.com at least 30 days before the Paint Party event. Paint and Sip Augusta will allow the event to be rescheduled within the next 60 days from the original booking. If notice is not given 30 days, prior to the event date, the Paint Party Fee will be retained by Paint and Sip Augusta. Paint and Sip Augusta will make every effort to keep the event date as agreed; however Paint and Sip Augusta reserves all rights in unforseen circumstances to cancel or postpone the Private Party. In the event this occurs the host will be notified as soon as possible, and all fees paid will be refunded.
