Thank you for booking your Private Paint Party with Paint and Sip Augusta. Our goal is to deliver top notch Art entertainment for your special occasion! Please read the following guidelines to ensure a great Paint Party experience.

Booking fee: A $70 non-refundable booking fee is required to book a Private Paint Party. The full balance for each attendee is due 10 days before the Paint Party. If booking is less than 10 days before the event, the Paint Party balance will be due at time of booking. Deposit and payment must be remitted online at www.paypal.me/paintandsipaugusta.

Guests: A minimum of 10 painters are required to book a Private Paint Party. You don't have to have 10 painters, but you must pay for a minimum of 10 painters. Please reserve as close to the number of guests that you anticipate at the time of booking, the final guest attendee count, and full payment for the Paint Party are due 10 days before the event.

Cost: The cost for a Private Canvas Paint Party is $45 per painter for a two hour session. This includes step-by-step instruction, aprons, and paint supplies for each painter to create the featured painting.

Location: Virtual Paint Parties are provided remotely online. The host is responsible for ensuring that all attendees receive the link to access the virtual Paint Party online.

Party Time: Virtual Paint Party Times are booked in two hour sessions. All Parties will start and end on time as specified. Please have your guests plan to check in 10 minutes before the event. Additional fees ($10 every 15 minutes) will be assessed if the host wants to delay the start of the party and it is not completed within session time specified in this contract.

Cancellation Policy: If the host wishes to cancel, the host must submit the cancellation in writing to info@paintandsipaugusta.com at least 30 days before the Paint Party event. Paint and Sip Augusta will allow the event to be rescheduled within the next 60 days from the original booking. If notice is not given 30 days, prior to the event date, the Paint Party Fee will be retained by Paint and Sip Augusta. Paint and Sip Augusta will make every effort to keep the event date as agreed; however Paint and Sip Augusta reserves all rights in unforseen circumstances to cancel or postpone the Private Party. In the event this occurs the host will be notified as soon as possible, and all fees paid will be refunded.

Purpose *

This agreement contains the entire understanding between Paint and Sip Augusta and the Host/Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add to or change this agreement is to do so in writing, please click to check each term below.

Booking Reservations *

Upon your signature as Host/Client Paint and Sip Augusta will verify availability, reserve the date/time above, and will not book another event for that date/time block. For this reason, the Paint Party Fee is non-refundable, unless the event is canceled in writing as outlined above. The Paint Party Fee is due at time of signing the contract. A minimum 10 painters is required to book a Virtual Paint Party. Host/Client understands and agrees that the entire balance owed for the Paint Party total cost described in the contract is due no later than 10 days before the event. Host/Client agrees if the balance is not paid by this time, Paint and Sip Augusta may cancel the event, with a loss of fees paid by Host/Client and no liability to Paint and Sip Augusta.

Cooperation of Guests and Other Service Providers *

The Host/Client is responsible for the coordination of guests as necessary to organize your event as scheduled. The Host/Client should share the Paint Party schedule with guests to make sure that there are no scheduling conflicts. Discourteous/inappropriate guest conduct interferes with the Paint Party instruction and negatively impacts the quality experience that Paint and Sip Augusta strives to provide. If the Host/Client is unable to control any misconduct of guests, or if guest conduct interferes with the instruction, the event will end immediately. The Host/Client understands that in such an event, no refund will be given.

Cooperation of Guests and Other Service Providers *

The Host/Client is responsible for the conduct of guests and coordination with guests regarding the event start time. The Host/Client should share the Paint Party schedule with all invited guests to make sure that there are no scheduling conflicts. Paint and Sip Augusta and its employees will not tolerate verbally abusive behavior. Discourteous/inappropriate guest conduct interferes with the Paint Party instruction and negatively impacts the quality experience that Paint and Sip Augusta strives to provide. If the Host/Client is unable to control any misconduct of guests, or if guest conduct intereferes with the instruction, the event will end immediately Paint and Sip Augusta will stop the session. The Host/Client understands that in such an event, no refund will be given.

Paint Party Booking Fee *

The Host/Client agrees that the Paint Party Fee is required at the time of signing the contract and the remaining balance is due no later than 10 days before the Paint Party Event. There is a $25 charge to the Host/Client for payments returned by the bank for any reason. Payment must be remitted online at www.paypal.me/paintandsipaugusta

Right of Withdrawal *

Paint and Sip Augusta's discovery of new information, changes, or other factors tending to circumvent its policies could result in its withdrawal. Non cooperation; change of locations, facilities or times available, bad or returned checks, or late payments are examples of contributing factors. Should Paint and Sip Augusta initiate the withdrawal, all fees and deposits will be returned (except if deposit was in form of returned checks).

Acknowledgement of Host/Client *

By signing this contract below, I the host/client acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this contract. I further acknowledge that I must pay for the minimum number of attendees required and will be charged accordingly. Candice Henderson Art, LLC, dba Paint and Sip Augusta will not be responsible for liability of guest behavior and safety, or safety in relation to the consumption of food or alcohol. My credit card or method of payment will be charged according to this contract.
